Using Search Folders to Identify Large Email Messages
Managing your mailbox space is crucial to ensure smooth email operations. One effective way to free up space is by identifying and deleting large email messages; deleting larger emails can be more efficient and beneficial compared to deleting many small ones. "Search Folders" may be used to help you identify the large messages in your mailbox, as outlined in this document:
To start, open Outlook then right-click the "Search Folders" option beneath your folder tree on the left-hand side, then select "New Search Folder...":
Scroll down the following dialogue box to the "Organizing Mail" title and select "Large mail" beneath then select "OK":
Outlook will then generate a list of the largest messages within your mailbox, starting with the largest:

Remember to empty your deleted items folder once you are satisfied with the number of items you have deleted!
