How to launch a stuck application

How to launch a stuck application

This guide will assist in resolving an issue whereby Teams or Outlook will not open.

Firstly, check the system tray by selecting the ^ arrow in the bottom right corner. If the Teams or Outlook icon is present here, you can right click on it and Quit the application. Then try launching the application again.

If the above step does not resolve the issue, right click on the taskbar along the bottom of the screen, alternatively press CTRL + ALT + DEL and select Task Manager.

You will be prompted to enter your password, locate the application, right click on it and select End Task.

Once the application is no longer in the list try launching it again.
