Booking a Meeting Room

This is an informational document provided by IT Central Services. Its purpose is to provide basic information to staff on how to book a meeting room at head office.

Creating an appointment

Open Outlook and then select calendar from the icons

Select New Appointment

 

Click on the Join Teams Meeting option along the top of the ribbon

Select Scheduling assistant from the top menu

 

Click on Add Rooms and select one from the list
