The new Epson printer have been installed in Fred. Olsen House with the following names:

FOL:

FOH-GF-FOL-Print Room

FOH-GF-FOL-HR

FOH-GF-FOL-Accounts

 

FOCL:

FOH-1F-FOCL-Sam

FOH-1F-FOCL-Admin

FOH-1F-FOCL-Print Room

FOH-2F-FOCL-Print Room

FOH-2F-FOCL-Purchasing

FOH-2F-FOCL-Accounts

 

FOT:

FOH-GF-FOT-Print Room

In addition to the naming convention above, the printer has been configured with different tray types e.g. FOH-GF-FOL-Print Room_Headed. The new Epson printer will be installed and set as default automatically.

In order to use the new printer, you will be required to re-associate your access fob to your printing account. When you swipe your fob against the readers, which are located beneath the digital touch screen, you will be required to input your domain credentials. The username will be in the format of firstname followed by surname initial. E.g. Joe Bloggs would be joeb, this is then followed by your Windows password.

Tap “Next”:



Login to your account:

Tap OK:


Scan to email functionality will work as before, as will your PIN code.

To find your printer PIN, paste this URL into your web browser http://papercut:9191/app and sign in with your usual Windows credentials, you can show your ID under Card/ID.
